The best times of the year are those times when everyone can go outside and enjoy one another’s company through various activities. Some may go to the movies, want to go camping, do a little shopping or perhaps take the kids to the park for some refreshing relaxation. Or, at least that may be the plan.
The park is filled with a great deal of many trees that are beautiful when fully bloomed, but these trees put out some of the worst allergens around. Take the pine tree for example. Just the simple smell of this tree will be enough to irritate the allergy sufferer with almost instant stuffy and runny noses, itching eyes that will not stop watering, nauseated stomach, burning in the throat, headaches, weakness and fatigue. Texas is notorious for Mountain Cedar and Cedar Elm. Any time there is colder air coming through that state, so is that Mountain Cedar, which makes many people very sick, because they cannot tolerate what comes from these trees.

In the movie Hitch, Will Smith is eating something that causes an allergic reaction. When this happens, Will Smith’s face and ear begins to itch and swell. This is a very common thing when dealing with allergies, such as from a food.
Strawberries are supposed to be good for the body, and this is very true. This fruit definitely tastes good. Although, strawberries are delicious and nutritious, this tasty fruit can also induce an allergic reaction that is similar to the one with Will Smith in Hitch.
Having an allergic reaction like that is very real, and yes, it does happen. If there is an allergy to strawberries or any other food, the skin can begin to itch or become irritated with hives, bumps, swelling and more. In some instances, the person may not be able to breathe. When this happens, take something that is specifically for allergies, or if necessary go to a doctor for instant treatment.

Baking a cake can be a fun way to spend time in the kitchen. Not to mention, cakes are delicious. As the cake is being mixed together with the necessary ingredients, eggs will most likely be one of them. Even though most cakes require eggs, not everyone can tolerate an egg because of allergies.
When someone eats something that has eggs in it, several manifestations can appear. Nausea, vomiting, a headache, muscle aches, skin rash, hives, swelling and so much more can be the result ingesting eggs or something else. Take the flu vaccine for example—anyone who has had an allergic reaction to eggs will not be able to get the flu shot if the vaccine contains eggs.
Many people have allergies to eggs and do not realize it. If there is a problem when eating an egg or egg product, listen to what the body is saying. What the problem may be, could be an allergic reaction to eggs.

Vacuuming the floor is always a necessary thing to do. When a child goes outside to play and comes back in with dirt on the shoes it will need to be cleaned up. So, just vacuum it up, or at least one might suppose it is that easy. Yet, what about those who cannot handle what the vacuum stirs up?
As the carpet is being cleaned with a suction, allergens are being stirred up and filling the air. Along with the allergens, dust and pet hair will also be brought up from the carpet and begin to fill the air. The ones who suffer from allergies begin to breathe in the dust and dirt, the results can be many symptoms, such as a feeling of being short of breath, a tight head or chest with a light feeling, nausea, eyes hurting, a sudden feeling of fatigue and weakness. When this happens, the person needs to immediately get out of the area where the air is not filtered. If there is not any improvement get immediate medical attention.
